As the daughter of one of the first Travel Agency Owners in New York City, Susan was fortunate to be exposed to wonderful destinations around the world at a very early age. Although she originally pursued a career in early childhood education, she eventually found herself yearning to go back to her roots and explore new opportunities in the travel industry. In 1980, Susan began a new and exciting career organizing group travel. Susan found her niche and has been passionate about it ever since! In June, 1997 she founded Cruise World, an innovative and diversified travel firm that specializes in promoting cruises on all the major cruise lines. Her wonderful staff consists of a dedicated team of professionals, who just love what they do. Susan believes that it is this team that sets Cruise World oceans above the rest. As the exciting Cruise industry continues to expand, Susan is determined to stay on the cutting edge of it all. Ellen has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry and has been with Cruise World since we opened our doors in 1997. After graduating from college with a Business Degree from Bay State College in Boston, Massachusetts, Ellen pursued her career in travel. She has recieved her CLIA Certificate of Accredited Cruise Counselor, as well as various ceritfications from many of the major cruise lines. Her expertise includes both individual and Group Travel, such as Corporate Incentive Travel, Family Reunions, Seminars at Sea and Ship Board Weddings. Having personally experienced sailing in the Caribbean, Alaska and Europe and extensive travel to South America, Hawaii Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and China, she can advise her clients with confidence. Customer Service is a priority at Cruise World and Ellen strives to be the best in meeting the needs ad exceeding the experctations fo her clients.

Sue comes to Cruise World with an associates degree in Travel & Tourism. In her 12 years as a leisure travel agent, she contiued her education becoming a destination Specialist in Western Europe, USA (including Hawaii & Alaska), the Caribbean, Tahiti, as well as a Honeymoon Specialist.
