As the daughter of one of the first Travel Agency Owners in New York City, Susan was fortunate to be exposed to wonderful destinations around the world at a very early age. Although she originally pursued a career in early childhood education, she eventually found herself yearning to go back to her roots and explore new opportunities in the travel industry. In 1980, Susan began a new and exciting career organizing group travel. Susan found her niche and has been passionate about it ever since! In June, 1997 she founded Cruise World, an innovative and diversified travel firm that specializes in promoting cruises on all the major cruise lines. Her wonderful staff consists of a dedicated team of professionals, who just love what they do. Susan believes that it is this team that sets Cruise World oceans above the rest. As the exciting Cruise industry continues to expand, Susan is determined to stay on the cutting edge of it all. Assistant Manager of Cruise World, Ellen has been with us since we opened our doors in 1997. She has been in the travel industry for 25 years and has achieved her CLIA Certification of Accredited Cruise Counselor. Ellen loves selling cruise vacations to her clients and enjoys the excellent reviews she receives when they return home, knowing that her clients have truly enjoyed a wonderful travel experience. Her expertise includes both individual and group incentive travel. Having personally experienced cruising in the Caribbean, Alaska, and the Mediterranean, she can advise her clients with confidence.
